Thank you, everyone, for supporting my campaign.
I've been actively involved as a conservative since 2000. After supporting many election campaigns, working with the Brevard County GOP, the Republican Party of Iowa, and the Polk County GOP, I decided that the time had come for me to seek elected office myself, where I would be most effective.
But, to get elected, I must first defeat my primary opponents. That election is June 5th. Then, after becoming the Republican nominee, I must defeat the Democratic nominee and any other candidates also seeking the 36th district Iowa state house seat. I am grateful for the support you have given me thusfar. I have been campaigning diligenty, but must be especially agressive going forward. To do so I will need the resources to communicate my positions throughout the district, and this will require funds...more than I can afford on my own.
To date, I have purchased my campaign website, http://www.seliquini.com/, business card magnets, and the materials with which I printed my own slim jims and palm cards. I have been very efficient with the assets I have.
I am now about to increase the scale of my campaign by purchasing yard signs, and have commissioned a 3rd party to market my campaign through both social media and traditional means. I am very excited about the potential of this new advertising, and with your help, I will win this election.
So I'm turning to the people who know me best, and I'm inviting you to support my campaign, and through my election, the principles of limited government, individual liberty, and personal responsibility, by helping me canvass the district, and to donate to my campaign.

It is unnatural for me to ask for money. I don't enjoy it, and in fact, I hate to do it. But I must. I'm counting on you.

I want to make you all proud.
We live in an age of irresponsible, unaccountable government. It's easy to forget what it was like to be proud of our leaders. I have a vision of a limited government that operates honorably and objectively with regard to its Constitution and its people and is accommodated by individuals who serve to satisfy a higher duty. It is my life's mission, besides being the best father I can be, to represent and lead forward the people who want a government that respects Natural Law. Do I have anyone who feels that way?
